Chef Jorge showcases his 20+ years of experience in the food industry. By executing different cooking techniques & flavor combinations inspired by his Oaxacan culture. If you ask him who his biggest influencer of flavor & technique is? He will answer, his mother, Mama Gina! Hence, the inspiration behind the namesake for the restaurant and catering! Gina has brought the passion and flavor to some of our most well executed dishes! You will still find her in the kitchen alongside her son, creating the best salsas, birria & more! What an amazing place to eat breakfast or lunch. I heard they had great chilaquiles and oh my gosh they did not disappoint. They are amazing. I highly recommend it very unique and different menu. Very open and airy floor plan and amazing service. Food was incredible large portions. I highly recommend trying them out.
First time visiting and was truly pleased. Food was fresh and the regular coffee was a delight. Definitely coming back w friends for brunch!! Their hollandaise sauce and homemade salsa are delicious
Absolutely delicious! From the food to the water…the Spanish latte is my favorite drink there. I'll be coming back soon! My family's new favorite breakfast spot!
Our new favorite breakfast/brunch spot! Every time we've come we've gotten the same thing, traditional breakfast with a pancake. The potatoes are to die for the the pancake is amazing. We are so thankful to have such a great place nearby! If you dine in, the ambiance is cute.
